Fuel Management System - Mobile Fueling Audit
A national environmental service company had been purchasing fleet fuel from a national fleet fueling - mobile fueling provider. They liked the convenience of the fleet fueling service but throught their diesel fuel prices were too high and didn't believe they were seeing fuel savings.

Sokolis Group did an fuel analysis and fuel audit on all of the mobiel fueling bought by the environmental company.

Through the fuel analysis and fuel audit it was discovered that a large increase in diesel fuel prices was given by the fleet fueling -mobile fueling provider without letting the fleet fuel client know.

We were able to work out a deal with the fleet fueling - mobile fueling company to refund and write off over $35,000 of overcharges for higher diesel fuel prices to our fleet fuel client. With our fuel management solutions for our fleet companies, they are able to achieve fuel savings that they otherwise would not from their fuel companies.

With our help the fleet manager wanted a new fuel card or fleet card program but he was not sure what would help lower his diesel fuel prices. Our staff adviced the fleet manager on different fuel cards, fleet credit card, fleet cards and were able to get his fuel companies to provide fuel savings with rebates back from the fuel card company.
